That’s not true. He tried to get the law changed by calling an emergency session of the legislature and got smacked down. The culprit here is the Lt. Gov Bill Bolling whom we will deal with in 2013 when he runs for Gov. Cuccinelli will eat him alive.

Seems like political games. He would not support the names being on the ballot. It was an injustice to the voters of Virginia regardless.
