When he ran for Senate, Romney ran to the left of Ted Kennedy. If he runs for President will he run to the left of Obama?

1. If Romney gets in a debate about RomneyCare versus ObamaCare during an election, then he loses. First, to do so he has to get in the weeds of thousands of pages of legislation on national TV and put it in a 15 second sound bite. He won’t be able to. Obama has only to say, you’re only trying to make some superficial distinction because you’re in a campaign. After all, your advisors helped us, Gov. Romney.” (Game, set, match)
2. All the MediCare stuff is also easily answered by Obama. “We were dealing with the law at hand the same as you were, Gov Romney. I can no more unilaterally change it than you could. Besides, we have changes in mind (blah, blah, blah...)”
3. The biggest spin is that the state can strip God-given rights and the Fed can’t. If there’s anyone can’t see the stupidity of that argument, then they are comatose and on life support....and even then there’s evidence saying coma doesn’t equal mental absence.
