Think of abstract in regard to a real estate abstract.
The RE abstract notes each name date they registered the purchase with county—the book-page and any other location of the book it was registered in, a legal discription of the property and any lean against the property
It’s like a clif note
The abstract of a BC simply draws details again, pertinent names, location, where it’s registered etc. It does not contain actual signatures of the parties witness but may refer to them.
