Don’t usually hear about the homeowner losing. Seems to me, if someone only wanted money, and had a gun pointed at me, I would just give her money instead of trying to draw on someone who already has a gun pointed at me. Hard to win that one. Then again, she might just shoot me after she gets the money. Tough situation, and the good guy doesn’t always win.
You bring up some good points. Maybe a strategery would have worked better, then shoot her.
