What would happen if a law-abiding citizen took out one or more JBTs who were raiding the wrong address and lived to tell about it?

I'm sure that since the US Supreme Court has ruled that since the FBI *thought* that they were going to the right address, their raid was legitimate. Even though they didn't raid the right address, they *intended* to.

Therefore, if you defend your castle and slay one of them with a weapon, you're guilty of deliberately killing a Federal agent.

I am sure that Eric Holder will spare your life, but you'll go to prison and be ruined anyway.

In modern America, it is up to the private citizen to determine if the masked men carrying weapons into your domicile aren't law enforcement officers before defending your family. It sucks, but that's the way it is.

We need to end these 'no-knock' paramilitary raids by law enforcement all over the nation and tell law enforcement agencies this directive: "If you have a warrant to scoop someone up for drugs, do it in broad daylight with your service uniform on. If you're afraid of getting killed doing it this way, then find another line of work because law enforcement just isn't for you."

Maybe they would try to get it right the next time? I would have no sympathy for the Jack Booted Thugs.

This Police State crap has got to come to an end.
