A Massachusetts woman says the FBI used a chain saw blade to cut through her door and held her at gunpoint for at least 30 minutes before agents realized they were conducting a raid at the wrong home.
Judy Sanchez, of Fitchburg, says she awoke to heavy footsteps in the stairwell on Jan. 26 and walked into her kitchen in time to see a blade chop through her door.
"I took two steps, face the second door, and I heard the click of a gun, and saying, FBI, get down, so I laid down on my living room floor, Sanchez told WHDH.com. "I was screaming, You have the wrong apartment, you have the wrong apartment, over fifty times. And then I seen the big blade coming down my door."

I love my steel doors. One word: C-4 (well one letter, a dash, and one number)
Under der 0baerFuhrer Emperor Hussein 0bama, the die Polizei will be seizing malcontents for re-indoctrination. Resistance is futile.

Yep. Automatic ‘loading’ was the key, not automatic ‘firing’ back then. Still is. Some still don’t know that evidently. I legally own quite a few ‘automatic’ .45’s.

From the link I saw, the puppy was still alive. Since they already had the chainsaw handy, he was neutered for the owner at no additional cost.

So what wouldve happened if a law-abiding citizen exercised their right to self-defense and opened fire on whoever it was that was USING A CHAINSAW to break into their home at 3am in the morning? This happens: http://abcnews.go.com/US/tucson-swat-team-defends-shooting-iraq-marine-veteran/story?id=13640112#.TymihoFxTms

GySgt. Robert Smith. Smith, a twenty year veteran of an undisclosed SEAL team, Uh, if he's a GySgt, he would be a Marine. SEALs are Navy. ;)

Ah, well.
That ‘gentler’ approach *does* minimize the ‘collateral damage’ factor for any small children in the area....unless they happen to be holding the vicious parakeet/gerbil/hamster.

True but as I mentioned before, I can watch my front door from where I sit, and they have to get through *two* steel doors to get where I am.
The whole “shock and awe/element of surprise” factor becomes totally moot in the 5-10 minutes they’d need to accomplish all that.
I guess they could go for broke and just fire a rocket into the side of the house.
FYI, I have no intention of ever being “seized”.
I much prefer the alternative.

They'd probably just call in an airstrike on you, but keep up the resistance!

What would happen if a law-abiding citizen took out one or more JBTs who were raiding the wrong address and lived to tell about it? Maybe they would try to get it right the next time? I would have no sympathy for the Jack Booted Thugs.
This Police State crap has got to come to an end.

Amazing!!!!!
After looking over the requirements needed to qualify as a candidate for Special Agent with the F.B.I. I wondered how they managed to find their way around a university campus.

Federal agents who later tried to take Smith into custody were rebuffed by San Diego police officers and Marine Corps personnel.I took the liberty of editing it.

Fine by me.
I’m not overly attached to this life and there’s people and critters I really miss a lot waiting for me in the next.
Sure beats the hell outta laying in some hospital or nursing home, dying by degrees.

The FBI should have turned this oops into a win by checking Ms. Sanchez' legal status.
. You know, you sound a little too much like a plant. What is your status? Are you a citizen? Can you prove it. Please post your proof so we can all see it Tell us if your surname has an unusual or foreign sound or spelling.. I don't really believe you are white and were born in this country. (I think I've used as much logic making my demands as you did.)
