The lefty-moron-of-Governor (o'mally) misappropriated (stole) $770,000,000 from the state highway trust fund over the last couple years to fund his favorite "black-hole" projects. Viola...now there is a shortage???????? Maryland is THE Freak state. Hold on to your freakin' wallets! The majority of Marylanders seem to like this liberal crap.
