One could as easily (and lamely) say NEWT is the one with a secret deal w Romney.

He duped a large share of the conservative anyone-but-Romney base into following him (despite tearing them down right before his candidacy) and thus cleared the field for everyone but he and Romney. Newt's ascension took out any hope for the other MORE CONSERVATIVE candidates in the race. And when it looks when he might actually overtake Romney, he inevitably says or does something stupid to make sure Romney stays ahead.

I think Newt has a secret deal to be Ron Paul’s VP.
