Additionally, any organization can STOP providing healthcare under the new law...and save money.

Now, it's not coercion.

Except that any employer over 16 people (if I remember the number right) has to provide healthcare under the law.

My understanding is that the HHS regs were authorized by the Obamacare law. Since it’s an unfunded mandate, they don’t have to wait for the first Fiscal Year of the law in order to issue their new mandatory regs.

Last month Sebelius said she’d give the Catholic insttutions 8 months to figure out how they’re going to vilate their consciences. If they drop the employees’ insurance, they’ll pay huge fines by August.

Coercion with a capital C.
