You don’t know that yet. What happens when the Christian cadets choose to not attend? I’m sure it isn’t a mandatory event.
If West Point is like any other military school, pressure will be applied to ensure a "satisfactory" attendance. Theoretically, you are correct, of course. When reality steps in, theoretical goes down the drain when the military is involved.
