If he was able to articulate the conservative vision, and people would like him for that, why hasn’t he already gotten the voters who currently are supporting Santorum.

After all, they must see the polls, they know Santorum is out of Florida. They read that only Newt can win. And yet for some reason these conservatives aren’t giving up on Santorum and supporting Newt, no matter how many of them are banned or threads pulled.

If Gingrich can’t persuade these conservatives with his ability to articulate the conservative vision, why do you think he’ll be more successful articulating the conservative vision in the general election with people who currently are predesposed to dislike him?

I do want an answer — Newt is likely going to be our only choice, and he’s going to need all of us selling him, so how are we going to do it?

Obama cannot open his mouth without spewing lies. All Newt has to do is call him on them every time and keep doing it. That goes for all the candidates.

Santorum voters are simply being stubborn, clinging to their single issue-pro-life

They will then whine when Romney is nominated that it was the Newt voters that at fault for Romney's nomination's pro-abortion candidate.

Santorum doesn't have a chance to win this nomination so voting for him is like voting for a 3rd Party candidate.
