Newt did articulate that Romney's claims about "resigned in disgrace" and "anti-Reagan" were blatant falsehoods; and noted a National Review article on the "resigned in disgrace" point, and Michael' Reagan's rebuttal to the other of Romney's lies.
The poster uses quite a bit of yellow color, and looks a bit like the Obama-Joker poster, applied to Romney.
