Actually Brownback is supporting a measure right now that has the illegal supporters up in arms. I don’t have the complete details, but essentially he supports a bill to actually count ALL income in a household when looking at food stamp eligibility. Apparently this is not done in illegal households, but is in American households. This is backlash against this – in my opinion.

It would be amusing watching the libs argue against this (you know, actually treating citizens the same as people that aren’t), if it was so pathetic. The current “argument” against is that we’re going to be taking food from the mouths of children.

Good info. I'm not sure if it was accurate but I heard that they no longer count your assets against you for food stamps, just your income.

So if you live in a nice house, have a million dollars in the bank, and are driving a brand new Lexus but your current income is low enough you qualify for food stamps.

If true, it's just another sickening Democrat dependency generator.
