That is simply not the truth. He did not report it to the police. He reported it to the V.P. of the university, who is not a policeman or any kind of law enforcement official. And the V.P. also didn't report it to the police. No one did. Now the V.P. and others are facing prison time for not reporting it, and for lying to the grand jury.
