The reason for the Court finding is straight-forward;

Section 1 of the United States Constitution, clearly states;

QUOTE No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; UNQUOTE

In Minor v. Happersett, the undisputed federal law clearly states;

QUOTE ...it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. UNQUOTE

Barack Obama Jr. claimed the birthplace of his father and repeated the claim in his book; Dreams From My Father;

Barack Obama Sr. never became a US citizen.

That would mean that Barack Obama Jr. is NOT a natural born Citizen of the US and therefore Barack Obama Jr. does not meet a key US Constitutional requirement to be President of the US.

Here is the disturbing part of this entire issue. No one including members of the U.S. Senate, U.S. House, Supreme Court, nor the media, will do ANYTHING about the issue. If this were a white Republican, by now, he would be removed from Office and his administration publicly declared a “fraud” on the American people. The entire issue is disgusting.
