I’ve been entering data from petitions via Verify The Recall and so far have not found anything funny - no Mickey Mouse or Adolph Hitler (yet). That being said, a lot of signatures look like doctors’ prescriptions and can’t be verified. Then again, some peoples’ printing is SO bad, the signatures are more legible!

One thing I’ve learned from all this is to WRITE LEGIBLY if you ever want your name to be counted in a petition.

What I’ve seen with verify the recall is that only 50-60 percent of the 10 signature forms have 10 signatures. Same with the 5 signature forms. It sounds like they were extrapolating number of forms to 1.1 million signatures, but I’m thinking that its really about 700K signatures and that’s where we start throwing out the duplicates. Saw plenty of forms disqualified at the victory center for bad collector information.
