How Newt Gingrich can win this battle

The Fall battle already is being shaped by the Obama narrative which includes Romney as a part of the 1%. He will fit into that narrative like a hand in a glove.

Gingrich needs to distinguish himself by identifying for voters the opposing ideas of America's founding and those of Obama. His intellect and study qualify him for such a task.

Romney has shown no such understanding or aptitude.

Churchill was able to draw distinctions which would be useful today:

Gingrich has been popular because of debates. He really has no excuse for losing Florida except for his debates. Now he is in dire straights and February only has ONE debate all month long. This was Newt’s to lose and I am really pissed off at him. He knows better than standing there saying nothing during a debate when Romney hit him with the Fanny-Freddie stock that he has. Sheesh. With all the people supporting him you would think he would do better.

This is the damndest Primary I have ever seen. It isn’t bad enough that the opponents are hitting on each other. The GOP is engeaged in a scorched earth policy of Romney or ruin.

If Gingrich wins the primary how are the GOP elite going to get behind him to win after they have attacked him from every angle including stabbing him in the back.

Gingrich is the only viable candidate in my mind , I have never seen a party attacking one of it’s members like this before.

The two partys are merged, as another poster said, and both are now equally wealthy and both own Wall Street. Socialism is institutionalized and we the generations it will take to reverse it refuses to begin. Newt should sweep the more conservative South and fight the Romney North. Newt must win the nomination. Mitt Romney is the weak link and we will see a repeat of the 2008 election cycle with Mitt's defeat.

I listened to Axelrod on Meet the Press talk about Mitt's vulnerabilities. The Dems have in their sights Bing Capitol and their business model. They also are going to hit Mitt with his Cayman Island and Swiss bank accounts and the "tax fairness" issue. Most will see Mitt as the rich crooks who hide their money offshore and cheat the system so they can pay no taxes. They will be poised to turn off anything Mitt says about the matter because, to them, the rich are all the same: those who will lie about anything to make money. Since the average American public has no clue how the tax system works (since most of them do the 1040EZ) they will be played like a drum to lash out at the rich embodied by Mitt Romney.

If we think that this class warfare stuff will be over and done before the convention, hold your hats on. Most Americans are not paying attention and are on board with the Occupiers. All they hear are the sound bites that play into their Marxist world view. How are we going to educate an entire nation of numbsk ull Americans who have swallowed the Marxist class warfare Occupier Kool Aid? Hit them with a Twitter attack?

The only answer is Professor Newt. Only Newt can educate the public sufficiently to oppose what the Left has done to this nation.

It is hard to believe the power that once was the catholic Church has faded to nothing.

I can remember when the movie industry had to make pictures that Catholics would endorse, when politicians actually wanted the Catholic vote.

Todays Catholics certainly do not vote their religious beliefs. How could a Catholic vote for a man who supported killing babies by the millions as this man Obama does.Obama has abandoned Christians in the Middle east.The fact that Catholics may have to buy hospitalisation that insures women birth control pills and sterilasation if they want it.

Catholic orphanages closing down before letting homosexuals have orphaned kids, Nurses told to help abort babies in spite of their religious beliefs. Some Cathoilc hospitals have already changed over from being Catholic and others may do so soon or close down.

Other so called Christian Church with Homosexual preachers, male and female even ordaining them Bishops. Nun lesbians trying to be priests. Muslims freed from having to buy Obamacare while it is forced on Catholics.

I am no prude or devout religious person, but Christianity is under severe attack in this country,by a man who sat in a Church filled with hate for 20 years and claims he never heard it.

Romney is being set up like a Little League T-Ball for Obama to whack outta the park in Nov.

Not only does Romney’s “coronation” get rid of the Tea Party and “conservatives” for Rove and his RINO Country Club Status Quo bunch, it helps the dems keep the continuity of their “schtick”.

Obama and Romney are IDENTICAL politically, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the VERY important decision on permanently totally repealing Obamacare.

I can’t believe that Rove and his cronies want to do so much damage to the conservative Tea Party Republicans just so they can run Jeb Bush. Jeb Bush couldn’t run for dog catcher right now because he is a Bush. Americans have had it for the Bush family.

Conservatives have had it for G.W. Bush because he sat on his thumbs and did not defend himself. We wanted him to be a spokesman for our cause and he acted like he was tone deaf to the call to stand up when it mattered. It was Rove’s advice that reinforced that tone deafness. And now, Rove is pushing for another Bush and wanting to make sure it happens in 2016. That can happen only if the Republican President can be defeated in 2016 or Obama is termed out in 2016. The latter means that our nominee gets defeated in 2012. There will be so much damage to this country if we let another term be given to Obama. And to sacrifice so much just so Jeb gets elected in 2016 is madness. Absolute madness.

Pretty much ALL the polls earier in the week had Newt leading in Florida, until the "suddenly" orchestrated RINO Newt attack which culminated Thursday before the debate, and THEN on Friday, I see THIS photo??

What in the heck could the three of them "constructively" have important enough in common to "get together" and talk about??
