Those Russian ships were half the diameter of this whatever-it-is.
Those Russian ships were scrapped in 1912; not sunk.
Those Russian ships were part of the Black Sea Fleet (Danube Squadron); not the Baltic Fleet...and they it seems they weren’t seaworthy enough to have sailed from the Black to the Baltic.
