Dad may the point the other evening. TV changed how people decided their vote after the Kennedy Nixon election.
Now we are seeing how the Internet changes how people get their background.
Money spent on yard signs etc may help get name recognition and influence a local election, Even negative spam (lying) in the media may work, if the time between issuance of the lab and the election is short.
BUT the Internet contradicts the lies, people do their own research. emails, face-book, twitters are much easier and more effective than robocalls (when more and more have cell phones and have unlisted numbers through that service)
Things are a changin......Political science majors who are in charge of these campaigns went to school when?
