Am I to understand that the plan is destroying Mass’ economy in terms of jobs and investment and MASS HASN’T EVEN BEEN PAYING FOR IT? IT’S BEING SUBSIDIZED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT? SO THE IMPACT WILL BE EVEN WORSE WHEN THEY HAVE TO BEGIN PAYING THEIR OWN BILLS?
