Yesterday Tom Delay said “Newt is not a conservative.” This from the guy who left Sugarland, Texas a carpet cleaner and returned a millionaire without holding another job in the private sector. Oh, wait! He did’t return except for his court appearances. But, way to cash in, Tom!
None of what you said about Tom DeLay is true.
For the few of us on FR who rightly called Delay out as a crook but got shouted down for not being “team players,” I take this as some vindication. Delay was and is a snake. Sad that it took some folks on here awhile to figure out that. Now accepting mea culpas.
