I guess I'm a bit paranoid but I take it as a quiet threat, an attempt to tell us all who is really in control.

Smokescreen canard for something nefarious going down or are they trying to psych out the tea party & Gingrich...or both. Earlier this week there were rumors of Jeb being foisted to replace Romney if needed (undeclared financial stuff about to pop?)...who was that supposed to scare? Hillary?
All the more reason to support Gingrich.
