Members of our Republican A-Team - Rubio, Daniels, Paul - are as responsible as anyone for this Hobson's Choice primary and for the fact that Obamacare is all but a fait acompli.

They're going to sit it out and wait until 2016, huh...What the hell will be left in 2016 with Obamacare firmly entrenched? Yeah, we know what a great track record Republican reformers have with repealing bureaucracy. Even Reagan couldn't do it.
