I haven’t been to Drudge’s page for probably 4-5 years. Every time I’d go I would:
A) Get a ton of spyware popups, and
B) See nothing but stories which FR had already been covering in great detail.
His RINO activities are even more reason not to ever visit his cr@ppy, stale site. Glad to see it hurt his precious hit count; I hope the trend continues.
God bless FR and Jim Robinson for his strong pro-conservative views.

Not defending Drudge here, per se, but... if he were presenting some facts about what Newt actually said about Ronaldus Magnus, back in the day... How is that an issue? Facts is facts. (if true, that is...)

I stopped going to Drudge last week.
I sent Matt lots of "Tips" yesterday and a few "Tips" today.
please someone give me the name of a site that does something similar to Drudge because I am tired of Drudge and his bias.
On 1/23/12 Drudge had 24,416,083 hits, so you could say Drudge is up more than 6,000,000 since his attacks on Gingrich. Or, if you want to go Thursday to Thursday, Drudge had 31,002,492 hits on 1/18/12, more than 1,000,000 less than 1/26/12.
He’s getting a lot of hits from romobots voting over and over on his phony poll. What kind of poll is it when you can refresh and vote again and again?
Drudge is no longer my “home page” on my browser! I changed to free republic for ever.
He has not shown his face for years.... Why!

Remember, every hit on Fudge’s site makes him money, that’s why he has his site set up with an auto refresh (every 5 minutes, or so) that increments his hit counter, and delivers a fresh ad to your screen. If you stay there a while, the hits keep adding up and Fudge’s income keeps adding up.
Fudge is the best reason in the world to install ad blocking software on your computer.
Drudge Report has been removed from my bookmarks. Consequences, doncha know.

OFFICIALLY BOYCOTTING DRUDGE
Getting my news round up from FreeRepublic, Hotairpundit, Gatewaypundit, Hotair,Reddogreport,legal insurrection,Verumserum,redstate,etc, from now on.
I noticed awhile back that Drudge had become moderate friendly, as I saw more and more attacks on true conservatives. So I have not clicked on his site in almost 6 Months, and I do not plan to ever return.
From hence forth, let Ann and Drudge be known as the Dixie Chicks of conservatism. Lets see how good Ann does in book sales to those moderates she has decided to bed down with.
Now I readily admit that Newt is not the rock solid conservative I would like to be in the white house, but he is the most experienced and the only one who will not back down from a fight.
Rick is a Christian, and many evangelicals like myself really had high hopes for him, but I began seeing things in him that disturbed me. He was using lies to attack Newt, and that is not what a true consewrvative Christian does.
I have caught Rick in so many false accusations that my heart had begun to grow cold to his candidacy, so when Newt stepped up I started to take notice.
I like both Rick and Newt, but Newt is the one who will fight.
Unless you have done statistical analysis of his site over time, can’t write too much into this. 2/33 = about 6%... and that may not be more than typical daily fluctuations. One day comparisons aren’t really telling with web traffic.
If his site has gotten 33 Million or more every weekday for 6 months and then suddenly shows a 6% deviation that may be indicative, but just comparing day A to day B doesn’t tell you any event had to do with it.
