Dole stabbed Gingrich in the back during the budget standoff with Clinton, and was just a horrible RINO candidate, please Bob go away pop a couple of Viagra and do Mrs Dole one more time and leave the future of the country to people with a clue...

We could have used Dole in ‘09-’10 so we wouldn’t be saddles with this stimulus and “health care” plan - I’m surprised Barky didn’t do Prince Albert Gore’s BTU tax as well.
I held my nose and voted for Dole but he was a gimpy embarassment-falling down all the time and looking more like a frail old man than a President.
Bob, you have been an enemy of Newt for at least twenty years. Before that, you were an enemy of Ronald Reagan.

Dole’s such a milktoast I voted for Alan Keyes in the FL primary. I could care less about his or his fellow Republican congressmen opinion of Newt Gingrich. They allowed the Democrats to ride Newt out on a rail and put their boy Hastert in there.

I couldn’t help but laugh when I heard that Bob Dole was attacking Newt Gingrich because he comes up with too many new ideas, fights with Democrats and can’t win an election. So I guess that Bob Dole taught us all that getting along with Democrats and avoiding new ideas like the plague is the key to winning in a landslide.
