Houston woman stuck in pond for 7 days (Was told better to stay in car until help arrived)

A Houston woman spent up to a week stranded in her car after getting stuck in a muddy pond in Idaho.

Lynn Keesler said she took a wrong turn while looking for a hotel in Burley on January 15.

Keesler, 61, told deputies she saw water and tried to drive around it, but she got stuck in the mud instead.

The best part was the fireman taking about 2 steps into the ankle deep water to rescue the idiot.

Did you see the photo? The car wasn't submerged and was only about 6 feet from the edge of the pond. They sent her for a medical evaluation but it should have been a psych eval. Something is clearly wrong with her to have stayed there for a week.

Carry a cell phone. Even a cell phone without a service plan can call 911.

Looks like she was in a good 6 or maybe even 7!! inches of water. There's even a patch of dry grass near the driver's door! That's weapons grade stupid.

...So a blond leaves work to find it snowing heavily. As she gets into her car, a snow plow drives by. She immediately pulls in behind the plow and follows it.

After 25 minutes, the plow stops. The driver gets out and comes back to the blond's car. He raps on the window.

The blond opens her window. The plow driver asks, "Why are you following me?"

She replies, "My daddy always told me that if it was snowing while I was driving, to follow the plow."

The driver thinks about this for a moment, and then says, "Well, you can follow me if you want. After I'm through with this lot, I'll be crossing the street to plow-out the McDonalds..."
