Amen. What an answer! Not to diminish Newt’s answer in the least, but Santorum drew a line the sand and made it clear that he understands without a doubt that government doesn’t grant us rights, God does. Wow!

Santorum just fundamentally (pun intended) explained conservatism. We believe in GOD GIVEN rights . NOT state given rights “what government gives to you, it can also take away.”
