She’s tyred;) Looks like hell and not enjoying real work that requires a knowledge of history, economics, regional grudges, religious and ethnic loyalties.
I believe she’ll let go - she is in way over her head. When things accidentally go well (???) BO gets the credit and when stuff is hitting the fan - she gets blamed.
