Thank you for the ping. As a GA resident, I certainly plan to contact the SoS ASAP.

On the whole eligility hearing, I have a view that may have been already expressed [but I’ve just been too busy/too much away from the keyboard to see it]. Namely, I think Obama WANTS to lose. He and Axelrod have made a calculation, and decided it would be of more reelection value to run against the racist redneck hicks of GA than to appear on our ballot. That is the only explanation that covers all the facts. Obama’s atty could have done a much better job at multiple junctures, had he wanted to win. Obama, however, wants to lose. That is my unshakable conclusion, and I’m sticking to it.

Fwiw.

Why would he want to lose? If he is found to be ineligible in GA..he obviously is ineligible in ALL THE STATE PRIMARIES. What state could legally put an eligible candidate on the ballot? A better question to ask is..”If he is qualified”, why didn't he just produce the required documents instead of risking a decision in favor of the Plantiff’s, which will only serve to blow the lid off this whole sad episode? That is the “REAL” question.
My common sense answer is that his lawyer knows he's bogus and does not want to submit known false documents and be judged a purgeror.
