Ummm...noted. But at what point would the person who has "an after-work cocktail plus a few glasses of wine during dinner, followed by a digestif or nightcap" be inclined to operate a motor vehicle?

LOL. I'm picturing someone driving around their house in one of those scooters that elderly people use. :)

there's a reason why chose to live where i do- i'm walking distance from 6 bars.
