They’re establishing that the certification the DNC sent to the Georgia Secretary of State, officially notifying them of Obama’s nomination to the presidency, does NOT claim that he is eligible for the office as it is supposed to do.
Obviously the court should call the person who certified the election certification of eligibility, which is of course Nancy Pelosi.

The question is over the primary ballot. Obama has no primary challengers in GA. Regardless of anything, Obama will win the Dem nomination.
Now, if this leads to Obama being stricken from the November ballot, THAT will be something that will start a race war.
