If you Google those as images in years around 59-63 you can see those models but none match exactly.
And IF you identifed the make and model of the vehicle, and it turned out to be NEW in 1960, what would that tell you? That it was two or three years old when that photograph was taken?
I can’t see how the age or the make of the vehicle is relative...to the age or the identification of zero.
