My position is he hasn't proven anything, not even that he was actually born in the United States. Ordinarily a birth certificate issued by a state would be good enough to establish that someone was actually born there, but because Hawaii has peculiar birth certificate laws, (allowing people to obtain Hawaiian birth certificates who were not actually born there) it throws that entire standard of proof out the window.

At this point, we don't know where he was born, but we DO know that if a foreigner is his father, then he doesn't meet the original requirement of being a natural citizen.

I say we attack everything and see what falls out.

Agreed

I had this discussion with Nellie and someone else I can't remember at the moment. But when I was in my early 20's I had a sales job that took me from town to town. It was great to see this country and aside from living out of a suitcase it was fun.

What we would do is hit a town and go to the clerks office and we would view the recent marriage certificates and recent birth certificates for leads. We would then mail them a card informing them that had won a prize and where to go to claim it...ya I know...lol But we never had a problem "viewing" the information. We were often told we could not "copy" anything but we could write any information we wanted to. In fact I recently, within the last 3 years go figure, got a certified copy of my own BC. All I did was walk in and "tell" the clerk who I was and when I was born, she printed it out and asked for ten bucks.

Now in HI you have to go to court to get your dead sisters death certificate...
