-- The FED will not allow this to proceed very far. It would create too much of a Constitutional crisis. It is too late -- the guy has been in office nearly a full term. Too many governmental entities would be impacted for previous non-actions: courts, Congress, Federal Election Commission, etc. --

No offical acts would be reversed. The Courts and the law have a mechanism that allows some acts to stand, in spite of the person enacting them later being found unqualified.

The federal government will step in to save its own face.

The govt is far larger than what is healthy for the citizenry.
