Do you really find it necessary to go running off to Daddy for a pat on the head because someone disagrees with you?

I am well aware of how the owner wants FR to be used and I respect his point-of-view, which we have discussed in some detail in the past. I think he’s well able to address things as he sees fit, and I certainly have no problem supporting him in that.

In the meantime, are you claiming that anything that is non-praise of Gingrich — including analysis that goes to how we might get this man elected and then held accountable once he’s in the Oval Office — is using FR to drive out Newt?

Pretending that if everyone keeps quiet about the challenges ahead in getting Gingrich elected will make those challenges go away is just not true.

Supporting a candidate doesn’t mean pretending he doesn’t present political challenges.

Accepting the reality that a candidate does present political challenges is not “trashing” him.

I’m pretty sure you’d be applying this line of reasoning to the Romney campaign, were he the frontrunner. Difference is, I think ALL the candidates should know that we know their crap stinks and we intend to hold them accountable.

It’s like this JAG,

If you are not able to follow simple directions and live by house rules, don’t be so shocked when those of us who choose to honor the boss’s wishes get a bit POd when people do whatever they damn well feel like to oppose them. You call it ‘running to daddy’, I call it acting with some respect for the boss. But then that’s the claim many trolls make when they don’t like the rules and get called on their BS.

Now, if you can explain to the class why it is that you think that it somehow benefits/helps/leads a candidate who you yourself ‘claim’ you would vote for, to play concern troll and drag up every real or imagined transgression you can try pinning on him, please, by all means, educate us. Because that flies in the face of logic.

Many here seem to think that JR’s “All in for Newt” proclamation” means just that (and we are willing to respect his position). Your interpretation which is demonstrated by your many Newt-slamming posts on this thread and others is “if I have to vote Newt I will but I’m still gonna bitch to high heaven regardless of what the site owner clearly told us not to do’.

If I disagreed with JR’s edict, I’d have enough personal decency to just shut up, follow his instructions and go to a site where my views better aligned rather than piss on his leg and tell him it was raining.
