They will have to do something here because there are jobs (fruit groves for one) that people will not take. Secure the border-work on the internal problems.

No you’re dead wrong on this.

Newt plans system that can be gamed infinitely so that what he thinks will happen does not resemble the actual results at all.

For example he has talked about granting citizenship to people who have been in the country for 25 years...but he’s going to leave the final decision to local authorities.

If the final decision is left to the local authorities—then what will happen is that in counties that are 90% spanish speaking and 40% illegal alien—all the illegals will be granted citizenship.

These counties will become gateway counties from other countries. Once illegals arrive they will be granted citizenship.

Fair is when you enforce the laws on the books equally. Fair would be treating illegals from Mexico the same as Mexico treats illegals. Fair would be saving all American jobs for American citizens. Fair would be having conservative candidates to vote for. Of course the world is rarely fair.
