Georgia Chief Administrative Law Judge Max Wood of Macon doesn't plan to get involved in the case involving a subpoena issued to President Barack Obama.
Deputy Chief Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi subpoenaed the president to appear at a birther hearing in Atlanta Thursday.
The case stems from a complaint alleging that President Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and can't be president. Those filing the complaint want President Obama's name removed from the ballot during Georgia's presidential primary March 6.

That should read “attempting”. My apologies for the error.
Don’t know about Georgia, but here the Secretary of State doesn’t get involved in such things, even if he might theoretically have the power. Once it’s sent to the administrative courts it stays there until they have ruled. They have their own administrative staff and are even in a different building.
Has Georgia’s Secretary of State been “purchased” by Soros?

It is always wise to stay out. The administrative courts are there for a reason, and it is not to be the minion arm of the Secretary of State.
Now you take Reagan. If something like this had happened to him then He would have showed up right on time to answer the questions. He had respect for the law.
Brian P. Kemp is the Republican Secretary of State of the U.S. State of Georgia.
... or so says wikipedia...
Not only would Reagan have appeared, he would have handed out American flags, worn an American flag pin, shaken everyone’s hand, and gleefully thanked the court for taking the time to uphold the Constitution.
And he would have invited all media sources to the event so that the World would see just how American he was.
