From the letter - The State of Hawaii produced official records documenting birth there; the President made documents available to the general public by placing them on his website. Under the United States Constitution, a public record of a state is required to be given full faith and credit by all other states in the country.
Lawyers are VERY carefull, and specific about what they say, that is their job. Anyone else notice that in the letter Mr Jablonski doesn't actually state that the 'documents' that were made available on Obama's website, are the 'offical records' received from Hawaii? Mr Jablonski should have said, "The President made those documents", or "The President made copies of the recieved documents", or something to that effect, but he doesn't.

bingo.
“the President made documents available to the general public by placing them on his website”
The document posted on the website is a multi-layered pdf version of a COLB, not an original COLB, and has little or no evidentiary value.
