Indiana has the lowest number of public employees per capita in the entire country. He has privatized some state operations, moved to a medical savings account program for state employees to give more choice and to save the State money, and last year, reformed education to give more school choice. Oh, and this year, he's pushing to make Indiana the first Great Lakes state to adopt Right to Work, doing something no other Republican Governor in any of those states has done. What non-conservative does those kind of things?
