The National Center for Public Policy Research is claiming a scalp today after Ford Motor Co. formally withdrew from the liberal U.S. Climate Action Partnership. The conservative non-profit announces today that Ford has withdrawn from the organization, which uses corporate support form management to work against shareholders' interests by promoting a cap-and-trade framework for carbon emissions.

I know that and totally agree - that’s why I am begging Ford to make something as good as a Suburban. I cannot stand GM but right now, they have the best product in that particular class, and I need that particular class.

I grew up in a GM family, but switched, myself, with the whole bailout stuff. Now, with this announcement, I especially consider myself more Ford than GM.
...now if Ford could kill the UAW! I’d get their logo tattooed on my chest!
