He embraces his romneycare - one would need just a thimbleful of common sense to know he had no intention of repealing obamacare. Besides that - he's a known liar! He lies without flinching wearing his smirky smile - what's inside comes out - EVIL!

And not only lying about his intentions but lying about his opponents record when we know otherwise. Satan is the father of lies/deception.
