Obama said he didn't feel he paid his fair share, based on current law, so he can voluntarily give the IRS more or he can quit taking deductions and only take the standard deduction. There's ways he can increase his contributions.

I'm sure Buffett has lawyers he can lend to Obama to show him how to give the IRS more.
