Gingrich/West. Allen said he would accept if asked. Good for taking over some Fl delegates.

I’d prefer West/Gingrich, but Gingrich/West ain’t a bad start, either.

West hosted the 1st Black Conservative Forum on the Hill. It aired on CSPAN last night. Star Parker moderated. It was heartening.
JC Watts of OK suggested holding Frederick Douglas up as a historical model for their cause.

I think Gingrich/West would be a stunningly great ticket. I'd vote for that ticket. Or see West as Sec of Def.

...They sure as hell wouldn’t pull any punches....

I have been favorable to such a ticket long before West would acknowledge freeing himself with support of his constituents from his obligation to the voters in Florida. As time has progressed West more and more has demonstrated what this Nation needs today as to intelligent leadership in military areas but also in Constitutional requirements. That Newt has indicated a liking for West which I believe others have not, the stage has been set for such a ticket. It would be a political earthquake.

Can we take that as an endorsement? Gingrich/West 2012 works for me.

I agree, the reason I support Newt, despite all of his flaws, is that he is the one candidate that can go into the Lion’s Den, and make his case eloquently.
