Just amazing. This kid has had death threats because of his two fumbles in loss to Giants.
those people should be found and charged.
Alex Smith’s 12 missed throws were as big of a factor. He had all day back there compared to Eli, and did not get it done.
Yep - some folks have their priorities in order, don’t they.
Now, when the Texas Rangers blew the world series, there was reason to assassinate their entire pitching staff. Arrrrgh!
In San Francisco? What is it, death by purse-slapping? Some real tough guys in that city...
Wil Alex be traded? Alex and Scott Norwood should chat. Scott can offer him some good advice.
You might want to include Billy Cundiff in on that conversation.
The 49ers had a great year in spite of Alex Smith. In Sundays game he had only 12 completions (despite not being pressured much) and was only able to convert 1 of 13 3rd downs.
its also a strict gun control area, so I’m sure the guy is safe.
I’m a lifetime 49er fan and was as PO’d as anyone that Williams was a major factor in losing that game... but death threats??? I agree, those perps should be found and charged.
technically, wasn’t it a fumble and a muff, not two fumbles? Just sayin’...
No doubt. LOL. I suggest Dan Patrick set up a conference call.
You are right.
They could have converted just a couple of third downs in the game and he would never have been in that position.
He didn’t put himself back there returning. The coaching staff made the decision. Not everyone is real good returning.
As a Giants fan I would like to give him a medal.
His father is GM of the White Sox. I like Harbaugh’s Mussolini act on the sidelines. Go Giants!
People do get emotional with their football that is for sure. Death threats should be looked into though. Go Patriots - America’s team!!!!
That's correct.
Ted Ginn, Jr., was hurt and couldn't play. That's why Kyle Williams was returning punts.
I'm a huge Niner fan. I'm very disappointed we lost, but I also feel bad for the kid. These things happen.

I get them fairly often from muzzies.
I always tell them “Bring it on.” Nobody ever shows up.
I’ve always said it’s the ones who don’t bother to threaten who will get you (me).
