Santorum has always been a closet RINO. His pathetic Senate record proves it. I'm sure Romney has cut a deal with RINO Rick, because Romney's only hope of winning this against Newt, is to split the conservative vote. The 11% that Santorum is getting would all go to Newt, and Romney knows it.

RINO Rick is hoping for a VP slot, or cabinet position that I am sure Romney may have promised to him.
