The fact is, blacks are far more likely to commit violent crimes on whites then the reverse. Also, blacks are far more likely to commit violent crimes on other blacks then whites. It could lead one to conclude that blacks are more prone to violence then whites. But then that would be racist, so just forget I even brought any of this up.

Actually, this type of behaviour was going on when LBJ was in office. It has been over 40 years, and no one is doing anything significant about it out of fear of the 'racist' label.
