Mitt has a large staff. They have some smart people. Rush didn’t give away anything they don’t already know.
It’s not so much about Rush giving anything away, or about Mitt being able to execute the plan. It’s why is Rush giving Mitt the best possible advice to begin with? It comes back to this: if the Establishment is the problem, why do *anything* to encourage the Establishment candidate?
KG, I felt that way for a long time. One thing I only learned recently is that, if the latest Arbitron numbers are to be believed, Rush’s audience has fallen off steeply. I wonder if it has anything to do w people thinking this election is too important *not* to take a stand against Establishment types, such as Romney?
