Obamao is going to speak at the Intel Plant in Ocotillo AZ. Jan 25th 5:00PM. I guess he doesn't realize how unpopular he is in Maricopa county

I tried to get Intel executives in Oregon to listen to the Republican line for years with no luck.

I think they blame Bush somewhat for not supporting semiconductor companies after the .com crash.

Its a real shame as Andy Grove, Gordon Moore and Paul Ortelleni are all Republicans. The RNC really doesn’t know how to handle High Tech companies other than boosting H1b visas for them.

I would have thought that FUBO would speak either in Oregan or Santa Clara. Arizona in general and Maricopa county in particular is not exactly friendly country for him. Maybe he’s doing it as a poke in the eye to Sheriff Joe and Governor Brewer

BTW, the only thing South of Chandler is the San Tan Indian Reservation.

It’s understandable .... there is an Ocotillo Intel site and a Chandler Intel site. We have to differentuate between the two. I live here too.

It makes sense. It’s on Ocotillo Rd. There’s a Motorola near there. But the story is just plain sloppy reporting to call it “Ocotillo, AZ.” Agreed?

Well I actually was quoting from the Intel announcement ... and they were referring to the Ocotillo site in AZ and to remove the chance to confuse the Ocotillo site from the Chandler site ... it is all symantics. Is there a town of Ocotillo AZ ... not really. Is there a district of Ocotillo AZ ... depends on who you talk to
