It probably will, as most people will continue to support the status quo until we just run out of money and the whole thing comes crashing down.
Might be reading into this a little much, but, Japan, China, Iran, Russia and India moving away from the dollar may be a sign of trouble to come and come fast. So yeah, we better do something smart and fast.
