The other 97% of their services go to "educating" young girls about the life-threatening dangers of contraceptive methods, and the absolute safety of abortions, and then refering those same girls to abortion mills. (At least, that's what they did in the 70s, when I belonged to their target demographic.)
Furthermore, considering that they disproportionately target the poor for their "services", who really believes that PP doesn't use public money to fund their associated abortion mills?
